Karolina is an Investor Relations professional with 10 years’ combined investment banking and private markets IR experience across private credit and private equity.
With a strong track record in investor relations and client servicing, Karolina was most recently an Investor Relations Manager at Perwyn Advisors, a London-based private equity firm. Prior to Perwyn, she was a Senior Associate in the European Direct Lending Investor Relations team at Ares Management, where she supported the successful raise of Ares Capital Europe V, the largest European direct lending fund at the time. Karolina began her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she advised FTSE-listed companies on strategic transactions, including M&A and IPOs.
Karolina holds a First Class Honours degree from the London School of Economics.
