Pelita Mekar Semesta (PMS) is a fully integrated plastic recycler and film manufacturer based in East Java, Indonesia, with more than 15 years of experience in producing high-quality recycled polyolefins for both domestic and international markets.
Established in 2011, Pelita Mekar Semesta (PMS) is a fully integrated Indonesian plastics recycler spanning collection, sorting, washing, pelletizing and the manufacture of finished plastic products. The company processes PP, HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE and currently has approximately 24,000 tonnes of annual pellet production capacity.
Thanks to Circulate Capital’s investment, PMS is scaling its recycling and blow-film capacity and strengthening collection and sorting infrastructure. In 2026, PMS also joined Borouge, Borealis and Reciki in an initiative exploring an integrated waste management and polyolefin recycling ecosystem in East Java.
