Gail’s professional DNA in evaluating and stewarding businesses began at Morgan Stanley, where she led teams across Asia, Europe and the U.S.A to successfully complete >$10bn of M&A and equity/ debt financing deals, through market peaks and troughs. Gail served diverse clients from blue-chip financial institutions, to growth-stage technology companies and their VC/ PE investors, like BlackRock, CIMB, Legg Mason, OCBC, Siemens, Netezza and Temasek.
Since 2017 – as founder of the Ladies Investment Club/ Her Capital, and evangelist for SheEO – Gail has been a leading practitioner in Southeast Asia on impact and gender-lens investing, supporting startups on fundraising, strategy, talent and peak performance.
Gail complements traditional finance with over 12 years’ experience as a coach specialising in purposeful leadership and financial wellness. She has guided over 100 leaders (including portfolio company CEOs and their teams and MNC executives) to navigate difficult conversations and achieve breakthrough success in their health, career and wealth. Gail graduated magna cum laude from The Wharton School of Business and is certified by the International Coaching Federation.
