Partnerships and Communications Manager

Pooja is the Partnerships and Communications Manager at Circulate Capital. She brings a strong foundation in sustainability communications, stakeholder engagement, and circular economy systems built across India’s NGO, social enterprise, and startup sectors. With hands-on experience across the entire waste value chain, Pooja possesses a grounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities defining high-growth emerging markets.
Prior to joining Circulate Capital, Pooja was at PadCare Labs, where she led communications strategy, managed government, corporate, and civil society partnerships, and spearheaded policy advocacy campaigns. Previously, at Saahas Zero Waste, she focused on formalising informal waste entrepreneurs and developing supply chain traceability systems.
Pooja holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from the National University of Singapore.
