Prior to joining Circulate Capital, Stephanie was an Executive Director at Affirma Capital (FKA Standard Chartered Private Equity) and has more than 20 years of experience in the Private Equity sector. She was responsible for facilitating the management buyout of Affirma from SCB, and, as the Head of Finance, her role broadly encompasses investor relations, tax structuring, and financial reporting for the Affirma group of companies and its funds under management.
Prior to joining SCB, Stephanie built her career specializing in fund management at other asset management and venture capital houses, including Oaktree Capital Management and NM Rothschilds. In the years, she has also worked in the family office of Forbes-listed billionaire Richard F. Chandler. A key milestone in her career was an M&A transition at Oaktree Capital Management, which required her to set up an offshore office in Amsterdam and report directly to its head office in Los Angeles.
Stephanie holds an FCA and graduated from Curtin University in Western Australia with a BSc in Accounting and Information Systems
