Her work has focused on entrepreneurship and sustainable development, helping organizations connect with diverse audiences through strategic storytelling, digital engagement, and stakeholder outreach.
Prior to joining Circulate Capital, Jules worked with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) at the Bangkok Regional Hub, leading and supporting initiatives that equip young people with the skills, opportunities, and networks needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Jules is passionate about leveraging communications to drive positive impact and foster meaningful connections between organizations and the communities they serve.
