Caroline is an Investment Partner in Southeast Asia, and is responsible for leading Circulate Capital’s investment activities in the region with a focus on Fund I.
Caroline has over 32 years of experience in private equity investing in the Asia-Pacific region, across different stages of enterprise development, ranging from start-ups, growth to leveraged buyouts. Prior to joining Circulate Capital, Caroline was a Managing Director at 360ip, leading investment operations. She is a Founding Partner of Crest Capital, the spin-off of the ING-Barings private equity business.
Before this, Caroline worked for The Bank of New York Mellon in Hong Kong. Caroline started her career with US firm Advent International’s Asian affiliate SEAVI-Advent and has participated as a speaker and guest lecturer at major seminars/summits and universities throughout Asia.
Caroline received her bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the National University of Singapore as a KPMG scholar; she is also a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA Charter holder and completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. Caroline is based in Singapore.
