Circulate Capital is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to strengthen its Singapore team and help safeguard the firm’s integrity and long-term impact by ensuring full compliance with MAS regulations, global fund governance standards, and our investors’ requirements.
This role will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer, senior leadership, and our investment fund controller teams to maintain strong compliance systems while embedding environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations. This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven firm where compliance is about more than regulation; it’s about building trust, accountability, and sustainable impact.
This role may be appointed at Manager or Senior Manager level, depending on the successful candidate’s experience, judgement, and ability to operate independently.

Circulate Capital is seeking an experienced Investment Professional to strengthen its team in India and focus on investments from the new fund, while also managing a few existing investments in India.
The ideal candidate should be an accomplished investor with deal execution experience who is interested in helping solve some of the world’s most complex problems through investing in companies that deliver positive environmental impact while demonstrating exceptional financial returns to investors.
This is a full-time remote working position in India with travel required for the effective execution of responsibilities.

Investment Manager / Director, Indonesia / Philippines
Circulate Capital is looking to hire an accomplished Investment Manager / Director based in Indonesia or the Philippines to manage the further deployment and development of the Ocean Funds.
The Investment Manager/Director will be responsible for guiding high-quality deal flow, performing due diligence, executing investment transactions, and managing portfolio companies to support their effective growth and eventual exit. The role will primarily work with local companies but will also extend to other countries in Asia as needed.
Please note this is a full-time position based in Indonesia or the Philippines with travel required for the effective execution of responsibilities.
