As Impact and Investment Data Manager, Joshua oversees the end-to-end data management of the company, from designing data collection processes to delivering quantitative analysis and reports.
Joshua is an avid proponent of corporate environmental sustainability and tri-sector collaborations, with a background in economics and entrepreneurship. Before joining Circulate Capital, he led the measurement and evaluation (M&E) work for The Incubation Network, a program that also tackled the issue of plastic pollution in South and Southeast Asia. He was a business strategy and analytics lead at NVPC as part of the Company of Good, a nationwide initiative to drive CSR and ESG adoption across all Singaporean companies.
Joshua’s foray into entrepreneurship came from his time at “bantu”, a social enterprise he co-founded that offered a SAAS-based data management platform tailored for the social sector. He has also worked in multiple start-ups across Singapore and New York.
Joshua graduated from the National University of Singapore with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, specialising in public policy.
