Nathan brings 16 years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance, and investment in the United States and Indonesia. Most recently, Nathan worked for IMC Pelita Logistik as a Senior Manager, looking after vessel acquisitions and divestments, JV term sheet formulation, and overall corporate risk management and financing needs. 

His breadth of experience in corporate finance and corporate development includes leading ancillary revenue business for RedDoorz across all properties in Indonesia. Previously, he managed overall financial planning and analysis and was IR Manager for Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, a HeidelbergCement Group company. Nathan’s effort to bring more science into business management in Indonesia commenced with managing portfolio optimization initiatives at Lippo Malls Indonesia.  

Nathan started his career working in Structured Finance, specifically US RMBS, first as a Financial Engineer at Fannie Mae in Washington DC, validating quantitative models for underlying key drivers of the securities. As a Ratings Associate for Standard & Poor’s New York, he was one of the lead analysts for the surveillance of RMBS legacy deals and the issuance of new deals. 

Nathan graduated with an MSc. in Financial Engineering from the University of Michigan, a BBA in Finance, and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. He was a CNBC Indonesia contributor and regularly gave seminars at a local private university.
