Regula is responsible for all corporate functions, including corporate finance, HR, IT, legal & compliance, and fund management. Regula has also led select deals in Southeast Asia, including Tridi Oasis and POPSEA. She is a member of the Investment Committee.
Regula has 25 years experience in corporate strategy, M&A, PE, strategic finance and controls, and business development. Prior to Circulate Capital, Regula worked in roles across strategy, finance and M&A with global companies such as Hilti Group, Grameen Foundation, SAM Private Equity (now Emerald Ventures), and Sulzer Group.
She received her MBA (Honors) from Thunderbird School of Global Management in the US, and her bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of Lucerne with additional studies in the United Kingdom and France. She is an Aspen Institute Business & Society First Movers Fellow and actively participates on several advisory boards while also contributing as a mentor to the growth of women-led SMEs. Regula is based in Singapore.
