Saurabh is a global professional with over 11 years of experience and specializes in deal execution (target search, due diligence, business plan preparation, and assessment), along with value creation initiatives (cost reductions, go-to-market, sales, distribution excellence, and finance transformation). During the past eight years, Saurabh has worked with global and domestic private equity funds on more than 40 global investments.
Prior to Circulate Capital, he worked with leading consulting firms such as Bain, Parthenon, and PwC Deals, and Strategy practices across varied sectors. Having graduated from NITIE, Mumbai with a specialization in Finance, he also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal. Saurabh speaks English and Hindi.
